Did you know that rats love milk?

Just outside Bikaner is the Karni Mata Temple at Deshnoke (a.k.a. The Rat Temple).

I was really squeamish about going here, but I was fine once inside.  Most Indians and some tourists went inside in bare feet!!!! I had those little booties on my bare feet and was so glad I did because they were somewhat squishy by the time I walked out...ewww.

Kam, you would have just been so happy here!
