Just before Udaipur we saw a woman with her bulls working the water wheel.  She was getting water which runs down to the farm.

We also saw (one of many so far) a lady carrying a load of "cow pies" on her head.  The cow "poo" is collected and formed into pies and dried.  It is then used for fuel.
